The City of Buffalo will charge a 2% convenience fee on Credit Card or Debit Card payments made through this web site, (with a minimum fee of $2.00). The City of Buffalo will charge a $2.00 convenience fee if paying by check/ACH from your bank account. The fee is pursuant to the provisions of Section 3-19 of the city charter. The fee will be added automatically to each transaction.

IF YOU RECEIVED A NOTICE OF INTENT TO DISCONNECT YOUR WATER SERVICE EITHER ON YOUR DOOR OR BY MAIL, YOU ARE SUBJECT TO TURN OFF AND MAY NOT PAY ON LINE AT THE CITY OF BUFFALO WEBSITE.

PLEASE CONTACT THE BILLING OFFICE AT 847-1065, IMMEDIATELY, TO MAKE YOUR CREDIT CARD PAYMENT AND STOP DISCONNECTION OF YOUR WATER SERVICE.
