Welcome to our Lead Free Buffalo site!  From this site you can learn about home lead hazards and how lead can affect the health of yourself and your children.  There is also information about how your home might be eligible for money from the City of Buffalo to keep yourself and your family safe from lead hazards found in your home.

Wanted:  Contractors

The City of Buffalo seeks licensed and trained contractors to contract with homeowners for work to be completed under our Lead Safe Program.  All lead based paint inspections, risk assessments and lead work must be conducted by trained and certified individuals using safe and effective methods.
