Citizen Participation Plan for the Consolidated Plan Process
The Citizen Participation Plan contains the City’s policies and procedures for public involvement in the Consolidated Plan process and the use of CDBG, HOME, ESG, and HOPWA Grants.  A Public Hearing to review the Amendment to the Plan is scheduled for Tuesday, March 23, 2010 at 6:00 p.m. at the Buffalo & Erie County Library, 1 Lafayette Square (use Clinton St. Entrance).  Citizen’s have until April 21st, 2010 to submit written comments on the Plan.  Comments may be mailed to the Office of Strategic Planning, 65 Niagara Sq., 214 City Hall, Buffalo, NY 14202.
