The Visitor Center is located on the first floor of the historic Market Arcade building, at 617 Main Street in downtown Buffalo. Hours are Monday – Friday, 9 a.m. - 5 p.m., and Saturday, 10 a.m. - 2 p.m. Holiday hours may vary, so please call ahead at 1-800-BUFFALO.
